1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Accommodation With Breakfasts And Dinners For Exhibitors (Students And Guardians) Of The Professions Festival In Małopolska In 2026.2. The Ordering Party Requires That Accommodation Be Provided In A Maximum Of 4 Hotels Of At Least A Three-Star Standard In Single And Double Rooms (The Hotels Are To Be Located Within The Administrative Borders Of Krakow, I.E. The Following Districts: Stare Miasto I And/Or Grzegórzki Ii And/Or Prądnik Czerwony Iii And/Or Czyżyny Xiv And/Or Bieńczyce Xvi).3. The Final Number Of People And Groups Will Be Communicated To The Contractor No Later Than Five Business Days Before The Commencement Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Whenever The Procurement Documents Mention A Standard/Categorization, It Should Be Understood As Assigning A Category Marked With Asterisks By The Voivodeship Marshal In Accordance With The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides And The Implementing Regulation To This Act.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
