1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Original Consumables, I.E. Toners, Inks And Drums For Printing Devices For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Mechanical Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology. The Contractor Will Provide Brand New, Unused And Not Previously Regenerated Consumables For Printing And Copying Devices, The Production Of Which Does Not Use Components Previously Used, Supplemented Or Processed, And Will Provide A Guarantee Of The Suitability Of All Consumables For Use. The List Of Ordered Toners, Inks, Drums, Etc. Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Offer Form, Which Is Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And Constitutes Its Integral Part. In The Assortment And Price Form, The Contractor Will Offer A Unit Price For Individual Items.2. The Ordering Party Will Order Original Consumables. This Is Due To The Protection Of Your Printers Against Possible Blocking Or Possible Failure As A Result Of Not Using Original Consumables. This Is The Intended Effect Of Printer Manufacturers To Buy Dedicated Consumables For Printers. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Behavior Of Printer Manufacturers. The Ordering Party Would Have To Service The Blocked Or Damaged Printer At Authorized Service Centers. In An Extreme Case, The Printer Could Be Scrapped. The Total Cost Of Ordering A Replacement And Possible Printer Service Would Significantly Exceed The Cost Of Purchasing Original Consumables3. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Quantity Of Consumables Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract Is Not Exhausted During The Contract Period.4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Used Toners Free Of Charge With Each Delivery. If The Contractor Fails To Collect The Used Toners, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse Payment For The Delivery Until The Used Toners Are Collected.5. In The Assortment And Price Form, In Column No. 7, The Contractor Will Provide The Name Or Manufacturer Of The Consumable Material He Offers. The Name Must Be Entered In Such A Way That It Allows Checking The Compliance Of The Offered Product With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Informs That It Plans To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 69,700 To Finance The Order Over A Three-Year Period.7.
