7.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of Works For The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1153T Przełaj - Wodzisław - Wola Lubecka - Michałów, Section In The Town Of Zagajów - Zagajówek. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 7 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 7.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Consisting Of The Following Parts: 7.2.1. Development Of A Construction And Technical Design For The Road Industry In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of A District Road With A Length Of Approximately 1,630 Meters On Plots With Registration Numbers 334 In The Town Of Zagajów, No. 160 In The Town Of Zagajówek, No. 996 In The Town Of Michałów, Michałów Commune In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment To This Description. The Reconstruction Of The District Road Will Consist In: • Construction Of A New Asphalt Concrete Road Surface Along The Length Of Approximately 770 Meters Of The District Road, Together With The Construction Of A Sidewalk In The Towns Of Zagajów And Zagajówek On An Existing Roadside Ditch In A Built-Up Area, Depending On The Terrain And The Width Of The Road. (Beginning Of The Reconstruction At The Height Of Plots Marked In The Land Register With Numbers 273 And 511 In The Town Of Zagajów From The New Surface Of The District Road In Question At The Height Of Plots No. 30 And 180 In The Town Of Zagajówek) • Construction Of An 860 M Long Sidewalk In The Towns Of Zagajówek And Michałów On An Existing Roadside Ditch In The Built-Up Area, Depending On The Terrain And The Width Of The Road Lane. (The Beginning Of The Reconstruction At The Height Of Plots Marked In The Land Register With Numbers 30 And 180 In The Town Of Zagajówek, From The Existing Sidewalk Along The District Road In Question In The Town Of Michałów, At The Height Of Plots No. 1004 And 888 In The Town Of Michałów.) The Reconstruction Will Also Include: Development Of A Roadside Ditch.
