3.1 Subject Of The Order: Successive Delivery And Unloading Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm (Excluding Sedimentary Rocks) To Roads And Squares In The Warta Commune In An Amount Of 3,100 Tons.3.2 The Aggregate Cannot Come From Sedimentary Rocks.3.3 The Aggregate Will Be Delivered Successively, In Specified Quantities, Within 5 Days Of Issuing The Order To Individual Towns.3.4 The Aggregate Must Not Contain Organic Impurities And Metal Elements.3.5 The Contractor Is Required To Have Self-Unloading Vehicles.3.6 The Crushed Aggregate Must Meet The Pn-En 13242 Standard.3.7 The Contractor Will Attach To Each Delivery A Certificate - A Certificate On The Quality And Suitability Of Use For The Renovation Of Road Surfaces And Hardened Roadsides, Confirmed By Tests Determining The Grain Size, Physical And Chemical Properties, The Name Of The Aggregate And Its Origin.3.8 Minimum Daily Aggregate Delivery Quantity Required: 75 Tons.
