The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Successive Delivery Of Devices And Fluids For Renal Replacement Therapy (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Medical Supplies Or Assortment) For The Departments Of The Hospital Powiatu Bytów Sp. Z O. O., Ordered By The Hospital Pharmacy According To The Current Needs Of The Hospital, In The Expected Quantity, Assortment And Absolute Requirements Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Assortment Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of Partial Orders At The Contractors Expense And Risk To The Hospital Pharmacy Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order. During The Term Of The Agreement, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Order Medical Supplies Worth At Least 10% Of The Total Maximum Remuneration Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Agreement.
