7.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Or A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Notification Of Works For The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1669T Niegosławice - Złota - Kostrzeszyn - Michałowice, Section In The Town Of Złota. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 7 To Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 7.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Consisting Of The Following Parts: 7.2.1. Development Of A Construction And Technical Design For The Road Industry Regarding The Reconstruction Of A District Road With A Length Of Approximately 890 Meters On Plots With Registration Numbers 264/2, 334/2, 264/1 In The Commune Of Złota In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment To This Description. The Reconstruction Of The District Road Will Consist In Constructing A New Asphalt Concrete Road Surface Of Approximately 890 Meters In Length Along With The Existing Sidewalk In The Town Of Złota In A Built-Up Area, Depending On The Terrain And The Width Of The Road. (The Reconstruction Will Begin At The Height Of The Plot Marked In The Land Register With Number 274, And The End Will Be At The Height Of Plots Numbered 502/2 And 487/2 In The Town Of Złota.) The Reconstruction Will Also Include: - Reconstruction Of The Existing Exits And Construction Of New Ones (If Necessary) - Renovation Of Existing Culverts Under The Exits And Roads (If Necessary).
