By The Successive Delivery Of Medical Equipment, The Ordering Party Understands The Cyclical Delivery Of Medical Equipment During The Duration Of The Contract In Accordance With The Orders Placed By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has Divided The Subject Of The Order Into 9 Packages (Parts). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 And 3A To The Swz. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Individual Packages, However, A Given Package Must Be Offered In Its Entirety, The Absence Of Any Item Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incomplete. Each Of The Packages Will Be Assessed Separately, Which Means That The Tender Procedure For Each Package May Be Resolved In Favor Of Another Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Award The Contract To The Contractor Whose Offer Will Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Will Be Considered The Most Advantageous, I.E. It Will Receive The Highest Number Of Points Based On The Given Evaluation Criteria, And Its Selection Will Be Approved By The Director Of Spzoz In Międzychód.
