Beef Meat. Meat Should Only Be Supplied From The Hip Part (Hind Thighs). The Meat Is Fresh, Firm And Chilled. The Color Of The Meat Is Red, The Fat Layers Are White, Adding At Least 1.5-2 Cm Of Fat Throughout The Carcass. The Appearance Of The Meat Is Natural, Without Impurities Or Foreign Bad Connotations. The Meat Is Well Drained, The Consistency Of The Fat Is Dense And Not Sticky. The Crust On The Meat Is Thin, Pale Pink Or Reddish In Color. With Each Delivery, A Veterinary Certificate Is Provided For A Consignment Of Goods, Issued By A Veterinary Inspector For Animal Products, As Well As An Examination Certificate After Slaughter Of Livestock With Markings On The Date Of Production. Delivery In A Specialized Vehicle With A Refrigerator, In Order To Maintain Temperature Conditions And Have A Sanitary And Epidemiological Certificate For The Vehicle. Continuous Quality And Weight Control Is Carried Out. The Customer Has The Right To Visually Assess The Quality And Establish The Fact Of Deterioration Or Non-Compliance With The Technical Specifications Of The Supplied Goods, And, If Necessary, Take Samples For Laboratory Research. If It Is Established That The Supplied Goods Are Damaged Or Non-Conforming, The Supplier Undertakes To Replace Them With Goods Of Appropriate Quality.
