5.1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is Thermal Modernization Of The Complex Of Technical And General Education Schools In Żagań At Ul. Gimnazjalna 135.2. The Remuneration Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz (Including In The Decision No. Zn.5142.18.2024 [Mżag] Of May 13, 2024 Of The Lubusz Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, As Well As Any Other Works Necessary For The Execution And Proper Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Those Resulting From Geological And Other Conditions Described In The Documentation.5.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Specifies In Particular: Construction Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.5.4. Attention! The Ordering Party Informs That This Procedure Does Not Include The Construction Of The Facade.5.5 The Contractor Must Not Interfere With The Proper Functioning Of The School. 5.6. Restrictions For The Contractor In Order To Maintain The Requirements For The Subject Of The Order Guaranteeing The Application Of The Dnsh Principle, I.E. Should Be Titled: Reservations For The Contractor To Guarantee The Application Of The Dnsh Rules - (Described In Detail In The Swz In Point No. 5.7) 5.8. The Paper Version Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Is Available For Inspection At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Ul. Dworcowa 39 In Żagań, From 7.30 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Room 1015.9 Materials, Products And Elements Delivered For Construction Must Comply With Standard Requirements, Certificates Of Approval For Use And Technical Design Provisions As Well As The Requirements Contained In Swz.5.10. Equivalence Of Materials And Devices 5.10.1. If The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Is Also Applicable To All Types Of Standards To Which The Ordering Partys Institution Applies Refers To The Procedure Documentation. 5.10.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As Those Specified In The Above-Mentioned Documents. 5.10.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements.
