The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Located In The Central Part Of The City - Between The Streets: Międzyrzecka, Staropijarska, Chopina And Kwiatkowskiego And Covers The Area Located On Plots: 8525/1 (Part Of The Plot), 8553/2 (Part Of The Plot), 8554/2 (Entire Plot), District 0003 Łuków, Commune Of The City Of Łuków, Poviat Łuków. Information About Ownership/Tenure Plots Covered By The Investment: 8525/1 (Roads - Ul. Staropijarska) - Miasto Łuków/Municipal Road Management Authority In Łuków; 8553/2 (Roads - Ul. The Subject Of The Investment Under The Task Titled: Adaptation To Climate Change By Reducing The Susceptibility Of The City Of Łuków To Unfavorable Weather Phenomena, Taking Into Account Green And Blue Infrastructure, For Part No. 1 - Development Of The Area Between Międzyrzecka, Staropijarska And Zdanowskiego Streets, Taking Into Account The Development Of Green And Blue Infrastructure, Is: • Preparing The Necessary Design And Construction Documentation, Including Technical, Executive And As-Built Designs, • Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Including: Permission From The Lublin Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works In The Area Under Conservation Protection, • Obtaining A Building Permit For The Planned Project, • Organization Of Construction Facilities, • Performance Of Construction Works, Including: On Site Preparation, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Connections To External Networks, In Accordance With The Approved Construction Design.
