The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities And Cloakrooms At The Gymnasium In The School Complex In Poręba. The Investment Includes The Performance For The Ordering Party, In Particular: 1) Construction Works In The School Bathrooms, 2) Construction Works In The School Cloakrooms. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Swz Together With Annexes, I.E. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Stwiorb (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Including Materials) For A Period Of Not Less Than 48 Months. The Ordering Party Requires That During The Investment Implementation Period, I.E. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract To The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 100,000.00 Gross.
