3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For An Investment Project Consisting In The Construction Of Container Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Along With The Necessary Social Infrastructure On Plot No. A Plot Of Land On Which There Are Sports Fields For Football, Basketball, Volleyball And Beach Volleyball, Along With Lighting, Small Architecture And Hardening Of Pedestrian Paths.3.3 For The Purposes Of This Order, The Ordering Party Has Developed A Functional And Utility Program Entitled: Construction Of Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Together With The Necessary Social Infrastructure (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu).3.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Do So Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Present A Design Concept Taking Into Account The Location Of The Facility Within The Investment Area.3.5 The Design Assumptions Contained In The Fup Define The Employers Concept Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order And Do Not Constitute Final Design And Implementation Solutions, Provided That They Are Agreed With The Employer And The Supervision Inspector.3.6 At The Stage Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Always Agree On Changes In Parameters, Scope, Materials, Design, Technical Or Functional Solutions With The Employer And The Supervision Inspector, In Relation To The Provisions Contained In Pfu.3.7 The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.8 The Valuation Of The Offer Should Include All Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards.
