1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Two Expert Opinions For The Purposes Of Creating Automatic Water Monitoring In Poland. The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages:• Stage I - Expert Opinion No. 1 - Development Of Assumptions For The Methodology Of Automatic Monitoring Of The Quality Of Surface Waters,• Stage Ii - Expert Opinion No. 2 - Selecting The Location Of Measurement Points For Automatic Testing Of The Quality Of Surface Waters Of Rivers In Poland.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. This Description Should Be Read Together With Changes In The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To Contractors Inquiries.
