The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Rescue Services And Constant Supervision Over The Safety And Movement Of People In Water, In Accordance With The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of People Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714), Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 652, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of January 23, 2012 In On The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Number Of Lifeguards Permanently Monitoring A Designated Water Area (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1981), Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of February 27, 2012 On The Requirements For Equipping Designated Water Areas With Rescue And Auxiliary Equipment, Signaling And Warning Devices, Medical Equipment, Medicines And Sanitary Articles (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1607). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Water Rescue Services At The Indoor Swimming Pool Facility At The Wałbrzych Sports And Recreation Center Aqua-Zdrój Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. Ratuszowa 6 In Wałbrzych. 3. Indoor Swimming Pool At The Wałbrzych Sports And Recreation Center Aqua-Zdrój Sp. Z O. O. At Ul. Ratuszowa 6 In Wałbrzych Is Open From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., 7 Days A Week.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Water Rescue Services Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, 7 Days A Week At The Hours Indicated Above, With The Reservation That The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Exclude From The Scope Of Services The Days On Which The Facility Will Be Closed, In Particular In The Case Of Technological Breaks, Holidays And Other Public Holidays Or Breakdowns. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor At Least 1 Day In Advance About The Dates Or Times Of Turning Off The Rescue Service For These Reasons. Such An Exclusion Does Not Constitute A Change To The Terms Of The Contract, And The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor For The Actual Working Hours Of The Rescuers.5. As Part Of The Rescue Service Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least 9 Lifeguards To Operate The Indoor Swimming Pool At Ul. Ratuszowa 6 In Wałbrzych In Such A Way That: A) 9 Lifeguards, In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule, Perform Rescue Service In The Indoor Swimming Pool Hall From 6.00 A.M. To 9.00 P.M., I.E. Three In Each Shift. B) One Lifeguard Cannot Work In A Shift For Longer Than 12 Hours, C) In Each Shift At Least 1 Lifeguard Performing Rescue Service In The Indoor Swimming Pool Hall From 6.00 A.M. To 9.00 P.M. Must Have At Least 24 Months Of Experience At The Lifeguards Workplace.6. For The Indoor Swimming Pool At Ul.
