Candler County ¿ Courthouse Interior Repairs & Improvementscandler County, A Political Subdivision Of The State Of Georgia, Acting By And Through Its Duly Authorized Board Of Commissioners (Hereinafter Referred To As ¿The County¿), Is Soliciting Sealed Proposals From Qualified Contractors To Provide Repair, Restoration, And Limited Replacement Services For Multiple Interior Areas Of The Candler County Courthouse As Described In The Scope Of Work.Proposals Must Be Submitted In Hardcopy And Delivered To The Offices Of The County On Or Before 5:00 Pm, March 4, 2026. Electronic Submissions (Email) Will Not Be Accepted. The Proposals Will Be Reviewed And Presented To The Commissioners At A Subsequent Meeting Of The Board.Bidders Should Provide Itemized Pricing And Totals For Each Scope Element As Described In The Rfp.Respondents Who Do Not Respond To All Bid Specification Variations May Be Considered Incomplete And Rejected On That Basis.The Respondent¿S Proposal Must Include Contractor Qualifications, Licenses, Relevant Experience, Warranty Information, Identification Of Subcontractors, And A Statement Regarding Any Required Advance Payment For Materials. No Proposal May Be Withdrawn For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days From The Submission Date. Bidders Are Responsible For The Delivery Of Their Proposals In A Timely Manner. Reliance On U.S. Mail Or Other Carriers Is At The Bidder¿S Risk.
