Spalding County Is Accepting Sealed Bids From Qualified Firms, Meaning A Prequalified Prime Contractor Listed By The Georgia Department Of Transportation, Office Of Contract Administration, To Provide Materials, Equipment, Labor, And Services Necessary (Including Traffic Control) For Paving, Resurfacing And Striping Work On Various Roadways In Spalding County For The 2026 Tsplost Resurfacing Project. All Work Shall Be Done In Accordance With Georgia Department Of Transportation¿S (Gdot) Standard Drawings And Standard Specifications For The Construction And Completion Of The Work Required. All Bidders Must Comply With All General And Special Requirements Of The Bid Information And Instructions Enclosed Herein. The Deadline To Submit Questions Is Thursday, February 19, 2026, At 12:00Pm. Questions Received After The Deadline Will Not Receive A Response. Sealed Bids Will Be Received No Later Than Thursday, February 26, 2026, At 2:00Pm Est In The Purchasing Department, Room 104, Of The Spalding County Annex, 119 East Solomon Street, Griffin, Georgia 30223, At Which Time Bids Will Be Opened And Publicly Read Aloud. Bids Received After The Above Time Or In Any Location Other Than The Purchasing Department Will Not Be Accepted. No Award Will Be Made Until All Bid Responses Have Been Evaluated.
