Disposal Of Soil To Be Cleaned And Dumped The Activities Under This Framework Agreement Include The Processing Of Contaminated Soil, The Processing Of The Residue And The Disposal Of The Cleaned Soil (Wet, Biological Or Thermal Cleaning), The Possible Dumping Of Contaminated Soil Or The Cleaning Of Soil That Is Not Suitable For Reuse Due To The Presence Of Exotic Plants Such As Japanese Knotweed. The Processors Also Take Ownership Of The Contaminated Soil Or Land With Exotic Species. The Soil Is Delivered To The (Permitted) Reception Or Processing Location By Or On Behalf Of The Municipality Or Collected By The Contractors From This Framework Agreement At The Project Location And/Or Municipal Depots (Order Including Transport).
