The University Of Oulu Is A Tenant Of Suomen Yliopistokinteistöj, Whose Construction Contract For The Building To Be Used Is Subject To The Law On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements. The University Of Oulu Therefore Makes A Procurement Decision On The Contractor To Be Selected. Only After The Procurement Decision Has Been Received Will Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy Sign The Contract With The Selected Contractor.
