In The Project, The Louhioja School Building Located In Eno, Joensuu Will Be Demolished In Its Entirety, The Building Has Been Decommissioned Due To Indoor Air Problems And Unnecessary. The Building Has Mainly Been Used For Teaching. The Sports Areas, Playgrounds And Trees Located On The Plot Will Be Preserved. The Property Was Completed In 1957 And Its Floor Area Is 1770 M². Requirements For Bidders:- The Customers Liability Issues Are In Order. Turnover Requirement The Bidders Vat Turnover For The Last Three (3) Fiscal Years Must Be At Least 200,000 Euros/Fiscal Period On Average. Financial Statement Information From The Two (2) Previous Fiscal Years. The Financial Situation Of The Bidder Must Be Such That It Has A Rating Of At Least A In Suomen Asiakastieto Oys Alfa Credit Rating Or Bisnode Oys Credit Rating, Or It Is Considered Equivalent To That Rating Based On The Financial Statement Data. The A Credit Rating Is Considered Equivalent If The Bidder Has Operated For At Least Two (2) Fiscal Periods And According To The Tax Administration, The Operation Is Active, And In Addition To That, The Bidders Two (2) Previous Fiscal Years The Results Must Be Positive.
