The Street And Water Maintenance Works Of Part 1 Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out During 2026. In 2027 (Option), The Street And Water Supply Works Of Contract Part 2 Will Be Implemented. More Precisely, The Contract Limits Appear In The Plan Drawings And Tender Documents. The Contract Is Settled With The Comparison Price Of Contract Parts 1 And 2. The Given Prices Are Also Valid In 2027 And Do Not Include Possible Index Increases. The Customer Reserves The Right To Purchase The 2027 Works As An Option. The Subscriber Shall Notify The Use Of The Option By The End Of December 2026 At The Latest. The Option Is About The Subscribers Right, Not Obligation.
