The Agreement Area Has Been Selected On The Basis Of The Possibility Of Achieving This. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Access To Qualified Personnel In The Event Of Absence, Termination Of Holiday And Extraordinary Situations Where It Is Necessary To Step In With More Resources Than What The Municipality Itself Has Available At The Time In Question. Scope The Joint Purchase Agreement For Mercantile Personnel Includes, Among Other Things, Temporary Workers In The Areas Of: Case Management, Accounting Employee/Consultant, Office Employee, Switchboard, Reception, Archive, Customer Service, It Support/Employee (The List Is Not Exhaustive). Oslo Municipalitys Businesses Are Obliged To Make Purchases From The Suppliers With Whom A Joint Purchase Agreement Has Been Entered Into. The Following Exceptions Will Apply To This Agreement: * In Cases Where There Are Call-Out Contracts Entered Into On The Previous Framework Agreement, And The Duration Of The Call-Out Contract Exceeds The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. In Such Cases, You Will Only Be Able To Call Off The New Framework Agreement When The Call Made On The Previous Framework Agreement Has Expired. * Where The Businesses Themselves Employ Temporary Resources When Necessary. The Joint Purchase Agreement Has An Annual Estimated Value Of Nok 20,000,000 For All Covered Businesses. The Client Points Out That The Estimate Is Based On Past Consumption And Expected Future Need. The Estimate Is Indicative Only And Does Not Imply Any Obligation For The Client. This Framework Agreement Is Valid Up To A Maximum Value Of Nok 120,000,000 For All Covered Businesses.
