Auxiliary Services Contract For The Regional Museum Of Lurgell, The Trepat Museum And The Sala Marsà.This Tender Is For The Contracting Of The Following Services To Be Provided To The Regional Museum Of Lurgell, The Trepat Museum, The Sala Marsà And The Ateneu Theatre. - The Control Of The Exhibition Halls (Permanent And Temporary).- The Control Of Visitors And Other People Who Are In The Facilities. Diversion Of Calls Etc.).- Connect And Disconnect The Alarm.- The Auxiliary Staff Will Check That No Damage Is Caused To The Dart Works, Facilities Or People, And Will Immediately Inform The Person In Charge Of The Municipal Contract.- Upon Detecting Any Type Of Accident And/Or Breakdown, Will Report, In His Case, To The Municipal Manager Of The Contract, Or To The Medical Service And/Or Other Emergency Services External, That Require The Incident.- In General All Those That The Person Responsible For The Municipal Contract Only Assigns For The Operation Of The Service Suitable For A Museum Services Assistant. Specifically At The Regional Museum Of L’Urgell And At The Trepat Museum Also Included Are The Following Services:- Administrative Management Tasks, Such As Making Small Sales In The Museum Shop, Ticket Sales, Cash Control, Stocks, Among Others, All Of Them Suitable For A Museum Services Assistant.
