Regarding The Supply Of A Standard Computer Application That Is On The Market And Which Was Not Developed To Measure For The City Council Of Sant Cugat Del Vallès, It Is A Supply Contract Pursuant To Article 16.3.B) Of The Lcsp. The Scope Of The Contract Includes All The Tasks Necessary For The Configuration, Implementation, Correct Start-Up And Maintenance Of The Software, As Well As The Training Of The Personnel Of The Occupational Risk Prevention Section. In The Package Of Technical Prescriptions (Ppt) Contained In The File According To Document Num.316546/2025, Signed On Date 22/07/2025 By The Occupational Risk Prevention Technician, The Head Of Section And The Technician Of The Technology And Digital Development Service The Conditions For Contracting The Supply, Configuration And Implementation Of A Software Have Been Widely Defined. In The Occupational Risk Prevention Section They Have Issued A Justifying Memorandum According To Document Num.315885/2025, Signed On 22/07/2025 By The Occupational Risk Prevention Technician And The Head Of Section, On 23/07/2025 By The Technician Of The Technology And Digital Development Service And The Director Of Technology And Information Services, And On 24/07/2025 By The Director Of Economy And Corporate Services In Which They Propose This Contract, In Fulfillment Of The Necessity And Suitability Provided By Article 28 Of The Lcsp. To This Effect, A Base Bidding Budget Determined At The Amount Of €20,625.00 + €4,331.25 Of 21% Vat Is Proposed = €24,956.25 Vat Included. The Duration Of The Contract Is For 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extending It For 2 Years And Contractual Modifications.
