The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement For Each Of The Specific Positions: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase; Activity 2 – Implementation Of Smr /Construction And Assembly Works/ According To The Approved Investment Project; Activity 3 – Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. The Full Volume Of Activities For Each Of The Individual Positions Is Specified In The Technical Terms Of Reference, Which Also Fulfills The Role Of The Design Assignment For The Award Of The Investment Project. Due To The Nature Of The Project And The Specifics Of The Activities, The Contracting Authority (Municipality) Is A Different Person From The Owners Of The Object Of Intervention, Performing The Assignment Under The Concluded Contract. The Current Procedure For Each Of The Individual Positions Is Opened Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, I.E. At The Time Of Its Opening, Funding Has Not Been Secured. The Implementation Of The Activities And Interventions Included In The Subject Scope Of This Public Procurement Is Planned To Be Financed Under Procedure Bg16ffpr003 - 4.001 Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Tackling Energy Poverty Under Priority 4 Of Just Transition Of The Regional Development Program 2021-2027.
