The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Collection, Transportation, Disposal Or Destruction Of Hazardous Waste From The Activities Of The Multispecialty Hospital For Active Treatment - Blagoevgrad Ad According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. 1/09.02.2015 /Waste, The Collection And Disposal Of Which Is Subject To Special Requirements In Order To Prevent Infections/. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Periodically Repeated Activities Of Transport, Transfer For Treatment And Treatment Of Separately Collected Hazardous Hospital Waste By Types And Quantities, According To The Conditions Specified In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Estimated Total Amount Of Hazardous Waste Is Specified In The Technical Specification, The Estimated Amount Of Hazardous Hospital Waste Is Indicative, And The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Generate And Assign The Full Estimated Volume For The Duration Of The Contract. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Admission Of Patients To The Medical Facility For The Period Of Performance Of The Service. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary, To Request Activities For The Transportation Of New Waste Codes That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, But Are In Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement;
