The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Project Solutions Under Art. 151, Para. 11 Of The Law On Territorial Planning, Supply And Installation Of Photovoltaic Modules, Inverters, Load-Bearing Structures, Battery Systems For Electricity Storage, Electrical Installations For Direct And Alternating Current, Grounding Installation, Commissioning, As Well As The Implementation Of All Activities Necessary For The Functioning Of The Sites In Accordance With The Current Legislation And The Applicable Technical And Regulatory Requirements. Photovoltaic Systems Are Intended For The Production Of Electricity To Cover The Buildings Own Needs, And In The Event Of Excess Electricity, The Electricity Produced Is Transferred To The Electricity Distribution Network At An Export Limit Of Up To 1 Kw, According To The Applicable Technical And Regulatory Requirements And The Conditions Of The Network Operator. The Order Is Implemented Within The Framework Of The Project Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems (Phs) In Existing Social Services And Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle For The Needs Of The Kozloduy Municipality, Financed Under The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism, Procedure Bg-Rrp-13.009.
