Requesting Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Proponents To Act As A Single Design-Build Proponent Responsible For The Complete Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, And Support Of A Nanobubbles-Based Water Treatment System Or Functionally Equivalent Advanced Gas-Transfer Or Oxidation-Based Water Treatment Technologies For The Broxburn Raw Water Storage Facility. The Broxburn Raw Water Storage Facility Is A Critical Component Of Lethbridge County’S Water Infrastructure System. The County Is Seeking Innovative And Proven Treatment Technologies To Enhance Raw Water Quality While Minimizing Chemical Usage, Operational Complexity, And Long-Term Maintenance Costs. The Intent Is To Improve Raw Water Quality Within The Storage System Through The Application Of Nanobubbles Technology Or Functionally Equivalent Advanced Gas-Transfer Or Oxidation-Based Water Treatment Technologies, With Objectives That May Include (But Are Not Limited To) Improved Water Clarity, Reduction Of Biological Activity, Oxidation Of Dissolved Compounds, And Overall Enhancement Of Raw Water Quality Prior To Downstream Treatment Or Distribution
