The Object Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of The Following Services To Be Provided To The Regional Museum Of Lurgell, The Trepat Museum, The Sala Marsà And The Ateneu Theatre. - The Control Of The Exhibition Rooms (Permanent And Temporary).- The Control Of Visitors And Other People Who Are In The Facilities.- The Custody And Verification, If Necessary, Of The Good Condition And Operation Of The Facilities.- The Tasks Of Reception, Checking Of Visitors And Their Orientation.- Control Of Entrances, Documents Or Private Cards.- Telephone Support (Receiving Calls, Call Forwarding, Etc.).- Connecting And Disconnecting The Alarm.- The Auxiliary Staff Will Check That No Damage Is Caused To The Works Of Art, Installations Or People, And Will Immediately Inform The Person Responsible For The Municipal Contract.- Upon Detecting Any Type Of Accident And/Or Breakdown, They Will Report, As The Case May Be, To The Municipal Person Responsible For The Contract, Or To The Medical Service And/Or Other External Emergency Services Required By The Incident.- In General, All Those That The Person Responsible For The Municipal Contract Entrusts To Them For The Operation Of The Service Are Appropriate For A Museum Services Assistant. Specifically, The Regional Museum Of Urgell And The Trepat Museum Also Include The Following Services: - Administrative Management Tasks, Such As Making Small Sales In The Museum Shop, Ticket Sales, Cash Register Control, Stocks, Among Others, All Of Which Are Suitable For A Museum Services Assistant.
