Espoon Asunnot Oy Sells The Apartment-Shared Apartments It Owns That Are Freed From Rental Use In Accordance With The Goal Set In The Housing Program Of The City Of Espoo. One Real Estate Brokerage Company Is Selected To Handle Brokerage Tasks. The Contract Is Concluded For An Indefinite Period. Most Of The Apartments For Sale Are Studios And Two-Room Apartments And They Are Located In Housing Associations In Different Parts Of Espoo. According To Estimates, Approximately 5-10 Condominiums Will Be Sold Each Year. A Separate Assignment Agreement Will Be Made For Each Apartment To Be Sold In Accordance With The Conditions Described In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Subscriber Does Not Undertake To Hand Over A Certain Number Of Apartments For Sale During The Contract Period. The Offer Must Show The Real Estate Brokerage Services Percentage Fee (Vat 0%) Of The Debt-Free Purchase Price Per Apartment-Shared Apartment Sold. The Fee Must Include All Costs And Activities Related To Getting To Know The Object, Introducing It, Marketing It, Selling It And Making A Deal, According To The Attached Service Description. Expenses And Actions Include, For Example, Travel, Office, Copying, Sales Brochure And Notification Expenses, Register Extracts, Property Manager Certificates With Attachments, As Well As Preparation Of A Sales Price Estimate, Reporting To The Customer, Communication With The Customer And Customers.
