Prior Information Notice For Cleaning Services – Vn Brno - Implementation Of Cleaning Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision And Implementation Of Cleaning Services For The Brno Military Hospital, At Zábrdovická 3/3 And Zábrdovická 174/18, 615 00 Brno, In The Following Types Of Medical And Operational Premises - Operating Theatres, Icu Departments, Standard Inpatient Wards, Laboratories, Outpatient Operations Of Both An Internal And Surgical Nature, Emergency Services, Catering Operations, Office Premises, Warehouses, All For A Total Floor Area Approx. 27 Thousand M2. The Performance Of Cleaning Services Will Include Regular Cleaning, Including Sanitary Cleaning And Extraordinary Cleaning Services, Especially After Construction Activities, Painting, Moving, Or After Accidents, Events. Cleaning In Areas Not Included In Regular Cleaning. Cleaning Services Do Not Include Window Washing. The Duration Of The Contract Concluded For This Public Contract Will Be 4 Years. Invoicing Will Take Place Once A Month With Invoices Due In 30 Days. The Invoiced Price For Cleaning Will Always Be Based On The Amount And Type Of Work Actually Performed. The Cleaning Service According To This Public Order Also Includes The Supply And Use Of Cleaning, Disinfecting And Maintenance Products, Cleaning Machines, Tools And Supplies, Pvc Bags For Waste Bins. The Supply Of Personal Care Products Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract.
