The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Service In The Facilities Of The Court Of Appeal In Łódź Located At Al. Kościuszki 65, Including Maintaining The Cleanliness Of External Areas, Clearing Snow And Providing The Necessary Hygiene Products. The Building Of The Court Of Appeal Is Under The Protection Of A Conservator. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Maintaining Cleanliness In The Facility, In Particular: A) Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Social Rooms, Courtrooms, Conference Rooms And Witness Rooms, Sanitary Rooms, Social Rooms, Passageways And Entrances - With A Total Area Of Approx. 8,787.34 M2, Including Maintenance And Polishing Of Floors - Using Cleaning Products And Contractors Equipment, Along With Refilling The Dispensers In Toilets With Liquid Soap, Paper Towels And Toilet Paper, Which Is Provided By The Contractor In Accordance With The Specification Of Dispensers Provided By The Ordering Party, Which Will Constitute Annex No. 1C Specification Of Dispensers And Consumption Calculation To The Contract Template - Daily; B) Washing The External And Internal Surfaces Of Windows In The Main Hall Facing The Parking Lot And The Street On An Ongoing Basis As Needed, At Least Once A Month, C) Washing Windows And Sills - 4 Times During The Term Of The Contract, In Autumn And Spring, On Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party, In The Range: - Autumn - From September 15 To October 22, - Spring - From April 15 To May 22. 2) Cleaning Of External Areas Including Snow Removal: Removing Snow, Ice And Slush From Sidewalks, As Well As Parking Spaces And Cleaning The Areas Listed In Detail In The Opz.
