Research And Experimental Development Services – Design Of An It Solution To Ensure The Functioning Of An Electronic Overview Of Available Market Resources In The Form Of A Module With Ai. The Subject Of The Public Contract In Research, Development And Innovation Is To Obtain The Most Suitable Project Solution Proposal In Applied Research And Innovation. The Project Framework Aims At The Preliminary Definition Of The Project, Which Was Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 2 Paragraph 2 Letter H) Zpvv, And Which Will Be Modified In The Framework Of The Competitive Dialogue With Regard To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. (The Subject Of The Project Is Listed In Appendix No. 1 – Project Framework Tender Documentation). The Procurement Procedure Will Be Conducted In Such A Way That The Chosen Solution Fulfills The Objectives And Realizes The Results Specified In Annex No. 1 - Project Framework Of The Tender Documentation, Which Will Be The Main Factual Basis For The Negotiations. Conclusions, Conditions And New Facts Should Emerge From The Individual Meetings So That The Assignment For The Purposes Of The Final Offer Can Be Specified In The Most Satisfactory Way For The Client. As Part Of The Project, A Feasibility Analysis And Design Of The Architecture Of The Support Module, Which Could Become Part Of The Sshr Information System In The Future, Will Be Processed. This Innovative Module Has The Potential To Use Elements Of Artificial Intelligence To Continuously Search And Process Factual Resources From Publicly Available Online Data. Part Of The Solution Would Also Include The Creation Of An Active Communicative Platform Based On Ai, Which Would Facilitate Decision-Making Processes In Crisis Management And Support The Effective Processing Of Electronic Reports On Available Resources On The Market In The Czech Republic. As This Is A New And Complex Approach, The Goal Of The Current Phase Is To Systematically Assess The Possibilities Of Implementation And Identify The Optimal Variant For Possible Future Deployment. In Connection With The Possible Future Connection To The Sshr Information System (Is Krizkom 26), It Is Also Necessary To Propose The System Integration Of The Module With Ai Into This System, Since The Module With Ai Will Actively Communicate With Other Modules As Well.
