Structural Steelworks – Work On The Anti-Intrusion Protection Of Transitional Structures. This Contract Is Awarded As Part Of The Operation For The Construction Of Line C Of The Toulouse Metro (3Rd Metro Line). This Is A Works Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L. 1111-2 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Concerns The Construction Work Of The Anti-Intrusion Protection Structure On The Transition Structures Between The Center Sector (Underground) And The South-East Sector (Aerial) Located At The Zac Montaudran. This Consultation Concerns Lot Se.16 In The South-East Sector. It Was Carried Out According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure And Takes Place According To The Rules Which Are Described In This Call For Competition On The One Hand And In The Consultation Regulations (Rc) On The Other Hand. The Overall Execution Time Allowed For The Completion Of The Work (Until Receipt) Is 12 Months Excluding Contractual Guarantees. The Candidate Selected At The End Of The Procedure Will Have To Carry Out The Tasks Of Installing And Adjusting The Metal Framework Of The Anti-Intrusion Protection Themselves (Without Resorting To Subcontracting). This Task Cannot Under Any Circumstances Be Subcontracted Given Its Importance In Terms Of Technical, Security And Planning Aspects.
