The Tenderer Provides The Most Important Contractual Conditions Applicable To Each Bidding Phase In This Participation Phase. Tenderer Is The Kbt. Based On § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Quantities Of Each Product, The Specific Technical Description And The Detailed Contractual Conditions Are Made Available In The Bidding Phase At The Same Time As The Invitation To Bid Is Sent.
