The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Design And Construction Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant With A Total Capacity Of Up To 10 Mw (2X5 Mw) Along With A Battery Energy Storage Facility With A Total Capacity Of 10 Mw (2X5 Mw) And A Total Capacity Of Not Less Than 36 Mwh (2X18 Mwh) And A Green Hydrogen Storage Facility With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 0.2 Mwh Located In Nysa, At The Nysa Bypass On Part Of Plot 669, Geodetic District Radoszyn No. 3. The Task Also Includes The Design And Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Such As Communication Roads, Telecommunications Installations, Energy Control And Management Installations, Surveillance Of The Entire Area Using Cameras, And Fencing Of The Entire Photovoltaic Power Plant Area. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular, But Not Exclusively: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment, 2) Development Of Detailed Designs And As-Built Documentation Along With Making All Necessary Arrangements, Including With Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., 3) Developing A Design Of Connections And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Consents, Including Consents Of The Owners Of The Land Through Which The Connection Route Will Run. 4) Performance Of All Works To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And Necessary For The Commissioning And Use Of The Installation, 5) Performance Of A Sapper Inventory And Clearing The Investment Area Of ​​Unexploded Ordnance, 6) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Visualization And Control System In The Scope And Functionality Required In The Technical Conditions Of Connection In The Communication Channel To Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. And To No Lesser Extent And Functionalities Permitted By Tauron In The Communication Channel To The Ordering Party, 7) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Measurement System In The Photovoltaic Installation Circuit For The Purposes Of Measuring The Electricity Produced And Introduced Into The Network, 8) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Datalogger Device That Will Enable Monitoring The Operation Of The Inverters Of Both The Solar Power Plant And The Energy Storage In Terms Of Production And Parameters, As Part Of The Application Provided By The Inverter Manufacturer, 9) Local Delivery Weather Station In The Specification Necessary To Determine The Actual Productivity Of The Farm, 10) Exercising Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Investment Period, 11) Carrying Out Final Acceptance, 12) Removing All Defects And Defects In The Works Indicated In The Acceptance Protocol And Reported During The Quality Guarantee Period, 13) Assistance And Participation In Obtaining A Valid Use Permit For The Investor, 14) Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With All Necessary Instructions Enabling The Use Of The Farm Photovoltaics. 15) Staff Training In The Use Of The Farm And System Operation.
