Public Road Transport Services - Providing Services In The Field Of Public Collective Transport Of A Public Utility Nature On Public Transport Lines In The City Of Zgierz And On Inter-Municipal Lines Organized On The Basis Of Relevant Agreements. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Public Collective Transport Services (Regular Transport Within Public Collective Transport) On Public Transport Lines Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Zgierz And On Inter-Municipal Lines Organized On The Basis Of Relevant Agreements. The Organizer Of The Service Is The Municipality Of Zgierz, On Behalf Of Which The Municipal Communication Services In Zgierz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) Operate. After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Selected In These Proceedings Becomes The Operator Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Transport Services In Accordance With Designated Communication Lines And Timetable, While Observing The Provisions Of Road Traffic Law, Transport Law, Regulation On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment, As Well As Other Legal Provisions Applicable To Operators And Carriers.
