Solar Photovoltaic Modules – Municipal Sports Hall – Reconstruction And Insulation Of The Roof, Including The Installation Of Pv Plants. This Is An Above-Limit Public Contract For Supplies And Construction Work, Awarded In Accordance With § 57 Zzvz In An Open Procedure. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of: 1) Reconstruction Of The Roof, 2) Insulation Of A Part Of The Building, 3) Supply And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Pve) With An Output Of 49.88 Kwp. This Contract Is Awarded By A Combination Of Assignments According To The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction And The Related List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions (Reconstruction Of The Roof) And The Design & Build Method (Fve, Reconstruction Of The Roof Over The Gym And Insulation Of The Facade Of The Gym Building). An Integral Part Of This Order Is: 1) Documentation For The Construction Of The Pv Plant, Including The Necessary Engineering Work (Especially The Binding Opinion Of The Fire Brigade, Etc.), 2) Securing A Building Permit And Drawing Up Documentation For The Construction Reconstruction Of The Roof Over The Gym And Insulation Of The Facade Of The Gym Facility 3) Documentation Of The Actual Construction, 4) Other Project And Operational Documentation Necessary For The Implementation And Putting The Work Into Operation (Workshop Documentation, Operational Documentation, Etc.), 5) Ensuring The First Parallel Connection, 6) Photovoltaic Power Plant – (Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Structural System, Electrical Installation And Directly Related Work And Supplies), 7) Lightning Rod For Pv Plant (Above-Ground Part), 8) Arresting System For Maintenance And Servicing Of Pv Plant 9) Other Work And Material Necessary To Complete The Work (Realization Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services Related To The Implementation Of Pv Plants In Accordance With The Tender Documentation) 10) Energy Management For A Period Of 5 Years From The Handover And Acceptance Of The Work More Detailed Information Is Given In Other Parts Of The Tender Conditions, Respectively In The Tender Documentation Appendices, Which Are The Project Documentation, Technical Conditions For Design & Build And The Binding Sample Contract.
