The Leverkusen Clinic Intends To Conclude A Contract Agreement For The Use Of An Ms Exchange Software Environment For A Total Of ≥ 2,200 Users And The Use Of An Ms Office Standard Package On Approx. 1,400 Pcs (Including Ms Teams For 300 Users And Ms Project For 50 Users) And To Purchase The Necessary Redundant Hardware Systems In A High Availability Cluster For Installation In Two Data Centers On The Ags Premises And Accessories (According To The List Of Services, Appendix 1) And To Conclude Full Service Contracts For All Software And Hardware Components On The Basis Of An Evb System Contract With A Basic Term Of 60 Months. The Term For The Evb It System Contract Should Be Limited To A Total Of 10 Years When The Extension Option Is Used.
