Business Framework Contract For The Repair, Maintenance And Servicing Of A Total Of 101 Bomag Asphalt Milling Machines And Asphalt Spreading Machines Owned By Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. (The Tenderer) Within The Warranty Period And Beyond, As Well As For The Supply Of Independent Parts. The Number Of Pieces Specified Above May Change, So It Does Not Include The Number Of Devices That May Be Purchased Later Or That May Be Taken Out Of Use In The Coming Period. The Tenderer Must Take Into Account That The Equipment To Be Procured In The Future Is The Same As The Product In The Part He Is Applying For, Then He Must Also Undertake The Repair Of Those Equipment. Ad Hoc Orders May Be Placed Until The Date Of Exhaustion Of The Net Framework Amount According To The Contract (Net 250,000,000 Huf), But No Later Than The End Of The 12-Month Order Period From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. The Detailed Task Description Is Contained In The Public Procurement Technical Description And Contract Drafts. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw 70% Of The Net Amount. The Tenderer Requires The Winning Tenderer To Have At Least 1 Repair Shop Equipped As Detailed In The Technical Description During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. Detailed Specifications And Parameters Are Contained In The Technical Description And The Draft Contract.
