Spectrometers – High-Resolution Hybrid Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometer. We Are Looking For A High-Performance Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometer With A Tof (Time-Of-Flight) Or An Orbitrap Analyzer To Replace An Orbitrap Xl Ltq Etd Mass Spectrometer. The Device Must Have The Highest Possible Mass Accuracy (<3 Ppm) And Resolution In The Range From M/Z 50 To M/Z 5000 (>40,000 Fwmh At M/Z 1000) And Must Be Offered Including A Control Computer And Software. The Device And Software Must Be Designed For The Sensitive Qualitative And Quantitative Analysis Of Proteins (Top-Down), Peptides (Bottom-Up) And Small Molecules (E.G. Metabolites Or Lipids), Including Enzymatically And Non-Enzymatically Modified Variants In Ms And Ms/Ms Mode. An Esi Source For The Flow Rate Range From 100 Nl/Min To 200 Μl/Min Is Also Required, Or Alternatively Two Esi Sources For The Desired Flow Rate Range, For On-Line Coupling To A Nano M-Class Uplc System From Waters. This Uplc System Should Also Be Controlled Directly Via The Software On The Mass Spectrometers Measuring Computer. The Mass Spectrometer Should Contain An Ion Mobility Cell With The Highest Possible Resolution For The Separation Of Isobaric And Isomeric Analytes (>50 Fwmh). A Collision Cell And An Etd, Ecd Or Ead/Eid Cell Are Required For Structure Elucidation. All Software Packages For Recording, Processing And Evaluating The Data Or For The Loss-Free Conversion Of The Data In Order To Evaluate Them With The Mascot, Peaks And Skyline Software Packages Must Be Included And Be Usable Without Time Limits. The Mass Spectrometer To Be Offered Must Either Be A New Device (Main Offer) Or A Used Device That Has Been Refurbished By The Manufacturer (Secondary Offer), Whereby The Age Of The Used Device Must Not Exceed 12 Months, As The Device Must Be In As-New Condition (An As-New Certification From The Manufacturer Would Be Ideal) And It Must Have Better Performance Data Than The New Device Offered.
