Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Planning Sea Water Heat Pump - Lot 3 - Property Planning For Buildings And Open Spaces. The Scope Of Services Requested Here Includes All Planning And Other Services In Lot 3: For The Property Planning Of Buildings And Open Spaces, The Contractor Should Submit An Offer For Service Phases 1 To 9 In Accordance With Hoai. The Subject Of The Service Is: - Construction Of The Building(S) For The Technology Of The Seawater Heat Pump System - Associated Outdoor Facilities Including (1.) Access Roads And Traffic Areas, Each In Addition To Road/Path Construction Systems And Other Accessories As Well As (2.) Systems For The Treatment/Seepage Of Rainwater Without A Structural Character On The Outdoor Facilities. Further Details, In Particular On The Project Content, The Basic Services In Question And Special Services Within The Meaning Of The Hoai, Are In The Contract Components, In Particular In Listed In The Task And Service Description. Lots 1, 2 And 4 Are To Be Awarded Promptly In Further Tender Procedures. Applications To Participate Can Be Submitted By An Applicant For One, Two, Three Or All Four Lots. A Bidder Can Win One, Two, Three Or All Four Lots. All Services Must Be Covered By An Offer From The Bidder Or The Bidding Consortium. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. When The Contract Is Awarded, Service Phases 1 To 4 Should First Be Commissioned. The Client Is Entitled And Reserves The Right To Request Further Stages Completely Or Only For Certain Parts Of The Project Or Only Partial Services From The Contractor At A Later Date.
