The Civil Engineering Trade Is Being Tendered. The Execution Is Divided Into The Following Points: - Earthworks - Surface Drainage - Outdoor Facilities/Development - Outdoor Pipelines Main Masses: Earthworks: 10,000-12,000 M³ (Excavation, Topsoil, Profiling, Storage Areas, Pipe Trenches, Construction Pits) Rain/Dirty Water Pipes: Approx. 1,000 M Shafts: 20 Pressure Pipes (Sludge, Gas, Water, District Heating): Approx. 1,500-2,000 M Gravel Base Layers, Geogrid: 6,000 M² Paved Areas Outdoor Facilities: 1,600 M² Cable Protection Pipes: 2,000 M Ring Earth: 3,000 M For The New Construction Of Digestion Ii Including Operations Building Ii And Gas Storage, Connection Via Pipelines Is Required. In Addition, It Is Planned To Fill The Existing Open Spaces In The Construction Area. In The Northern Part Of The Area, The Construction Of A Retention Basin Including A Rampart Is Planned. As Part Of The Construction Site Setup, A Temporary Construction Road Will Be Created, Which Will Eventually Be Expanded Into A Permanent Asphalt Road. Earthworks: - Store Topsoil (Z2) Separately, Reuse If Necessary After Re-Sampling. - Reuse Fine Sand (Z0) For Filling. - Store Boulder Clay In Heaps, Use Approx. 530 M³ For A Wall At The Rain Retention Basin, Follow-Up Sampling During The Measure. - Partial Area 1: The Construction Of The Rain Retention Basin Requires An Area Of 585 M². The Bottom Of The Rain Retention Basin Will Be At 0.65 M Above Sea Level. This Corresponds To An Excavation Depth Of Around 2.0 M Ugok. - Sub-Area 2: The Clearing Strip Is Located South Of The Rrb. On An Area Of Around 398 M², The Terrain Surface Will Be Increased From An Average Of 2.50 M Above Sea Level To 3.80 M Above Sea Level Through Soil Filling. - Sub-Area 3: On The Northern Expansion Area, On Which No Structural Measures Are Taking Place. The Ground Surface Is To Be Increased (Existing Heights 2.45 Mnhn To 2.60 Mnhn) By 0.35 M To 0.5 M By Soil Application To 2.80 To 3.10 Mnhn. - Partial Area 4: In The Area Of The Actual Expansion Area Or The Construction Area There Are Unstable And Compactable Soils Up To A Maximum Depth Of 1.8 M Ugok, Which Must Be Replaced Before The Construction Of The Structures. Soil Replacement Or Soil Excavation Takes Place In Both Civil Engineering And Building Construction. The Topsoil, The Fine Sand And The Boulder Clay Are Removed Separately. The Topsoil And The Fine Sand Are To Be Temporarily Stored In Piles In The North Expansion Area. The Boulder Clay Is To Be Temporarily Stored In The Southern Open Area 5 Near Zum Antjebitt Street.
