Construction Works For Sewage Treatment Plants, Purification Plants And Refuse Incineration Plants – Modernizácia A Ekologizácia Zevo Olo. The Subject Of The Tender Dialogue Is The Selection Of The General Construction Contractor For The Modernization And Greening Of Zevo Olo For Lines K3 And K2, In The Form Of A Design&Build Delivery In Accordance With The Requirements, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data And Information Specified In The Contract For The Work, Which Will Be The Subject Of Negotiations In The Tender Dialogue. The Intended Modernization And Greening Of The Facility For The Energy Utilization Of Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Zevo) Is To Include The Installation Of A New Incineration Line K3, The Reconstruction Of The Existing Incineration Lines K2 And K1, The Installation Of New Equipment For The Production And Supply Of Heat And Electricity, The Construction Of New And The Reconstruction Of Existing Construction And Engineering Buildings Zevo Olo. The Considered More Detailed Technical Proposal For The Modernization Will Be Submitted To Qualified Applicants Who Will Be Invited To Participate In The Competitive Dialogue. The Goal Of The Competitive Dialogue Is To Find The Optimal Modern Technical Solution Corresponding To The Operational And Economic Needs Of The Contracting Authority (I.E. The Subject Of The Dialogue / Negotiations Will Be The Technical Proposals Of Qualified Interested Parties). The Procurer Can (And Plans To) Discuss All Aspects Of The Project With The Participants During This Phase. The Procuring Entity In The Dialogue Allows The Qualified Participants To Present And Clarify Their Technical Proposals. As Part Of The Competitive Dialogue, Some Parts Of The Considered Technical Proposal (The Scope Of The Contract) May Be Modified, Supplemented Or Deleted, Including The Deletion Of Individual Planned/Considered Construction Objects Or Changes To The Required Technical Parameters, As A Result Of Constructive And Technical Negotiations And The Financial And Operational Capabilities Of The Contracting Authority. The Final Scope Of Modernization (Required Design Activities, Construction Works And Technology Supplies Collectively Representing The Subject Of The Contract) Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Negotiations In The Competitive Dialogue.
