This Tender Is A Re-Tender Of The Digitalisation Agencys Corresponding Tender From Autumn 2025, Which Was Cancelled. The Title Of The Assignment Is Agreement On Delivery Of Coffee Machines, Service Agreement And Coffee Beans. The Digital Agencys Current Coffee Machines Are Outdated And The Service Agreement With The Existing Supplier Is About To Expire. The Number Of Employees In The Agency Has Also Increased, Which Is Why There Is A Need For More Coffee Machines Than Before. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Procure A Comprehensive Agreement That Covers The Digitalisation Agencys Needs For The Acquisition Of New Coffee Machines And Raises The Quality Of The Coffee Solution. The Supplier Must Deliver And Install Seven Coffee Machines. Each Coffee Machine Must Serve Up To 75 Employees Daily Between 08:00 And 17:00. The Customers Current Consumption Of Coffee Beans Is A Total Of 1500 Kg/Year, But The Consumption Is Expected To Vary Naturally Each Year. A Contract Must Be Entered Into For The Following Main Services: • Delivery Of 7 Coffee Machines, Incl. Delivery And Installation In Addition, The Contract Includes: • Service Agreement Of Five Years With The Possibility Of Extension (Option Of 2X1 Year) • Coffee Agreement Of Three Years With The Possibility Of Extension (Option Of 2X1 Year) The Tenderer Is Obliged To Comply With The Clients Work Clause In Connection With Fulfilling The Contract.
