Construction Work – Total Contractor Services For The General Renovation And Extension Of A Student Dormitory, House 10 In The Student Town. The Client Intends To Completely Renovate The Student Dormitory House 10 At Hans-Leipelt-Straße 7 In 80805 Munich. The Student Residence House 10 Comprises Up To 4 Floors (1 Basement And 3 Full Floors) And Currently Offers 68 Living Spaces For Students In 26 Single Apartments And 21 Double Apartments, Each With A Bathroom And A Kitchenette, As Well As 4 Service Apartments Each With 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, 1 Toilet, 1 Storage Room, 1 Living Room, 0 To 1 Study, 1 Parents Bedroom And 1 To 2 Childrens Rooms. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Procurement Of Total Contractor Services With All Necessary Planning Services For All Required Service Profiles Of The Hoai For The General Renovation And Extension Of This Student Residence. The Aim Is The Turnkey General Renovation (Planning, Pollutant Remediation, Gutting And Construction Work) Including An Extension (Planning And Construction Work) Of The Student Dormitory House 10 With Its Current 68 Places. For This Purpose, All Planning Services Necessary For The General Renovation And Extension Must Be Provided By The Contractor Or A Subcontractor Commissioned By Him. This Includes In Particular All Required Service Areas Analogous To The Hoai (Basic Services And Special Services), Such As Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors, Open Space And Infrastructure Planning, Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment, Specialist Planning For Structural Planning As Well As Other Necessary Planning And Expert Services. All Construction Work (Including The Removal Of Pollutants And Complete Gutting Down To The Supporting Structure) Must Also Be Carried Out In Full By The Contractor And His Subcontractors And The Premises Must Be Made Functional, Operational And Turnkey. Furthermore, The Contractor Must Provide The Services Of Service Phase 9 Analogous To Hoai (Basic Services Including Monitoring The Elimination Of Defects Within The Limitation Period) As Well As Maintenance. The Handover Of The Ready-To-Move-In Building And Acceptance Must Take Place By March 1, 2029 At The Latest. The Construction Project Must Comply With The Funding Regulations And Any Requirements In The Notice Of Approval For The Early Start Of The Project (Appendix 806) In Order To Achieve Maximum Funding.
