The Aim Of The Measure Is The Basic Renovation And Conversion Of The Listed Accommodation Buildings To The Current Accommodation Standard As Well As The Adaptation Of The Buildings To The Current State Of The Art. Taking Into Account The Building Structure, A Total Of 80 Accommodation Units Are To Be Implemented In Building Parts 15 And 16, As Well As Seminar And Common Rooms In Houses 15A And 16A. For The Heating Technology Trade, A New Building Heat Distribution System Is Being Set Up In The Basement Of Buildings 15 And 16. The Property Has A Local Heating Network. A Heating Water Storage Tank Is Provided For The Hot Water Preparation Of The Wet Rooms. The New Heating Distributor Is Also Installed In The Heating Center Of Each Building. The Laying For The Ground Floor Is Carried Out For The Respective Main Buildings 15 And 16 Directly From The Basement. The Laying For The Upper Floors Takes Place Centrally From The Basement To The Heating Shafts Distributed Throughout The Building. Radiators Will Be Provided In All Necessary Areas. Scope Of Work For All Buildings: - Two Heating Distributors Will Be Installed For A Flow Of 2.41 M³/H Or 2.55 M³/H With A Temperature Spread Of 60 K. - 2 Drinking Water Flow Systems Are Installed, Each With 1 Heating Water Buffer Tank. - 3,755 M Of Steel Pipe In Dimensions Dn 10 To Dn 65 Will Be Installed, Pressed Up To And Including Dn 50, Welded From Dn 65. - 80 Bathroom Radiators, 207 Profile Radiators, 4 Convectors And 4 Vertical Radiators Will Be Installed.
