Construction Work For School Buildings – General Contractor Services For The New Extension Buildings Of The Am Biegerpark Secondary School (Bie) In Duisburg. The Am Biegerpark Secondary School Is Currently Divided Into Two Locations. At The Knevelshof Location, A School Building And A Sports Hall Are To Be Added To The Existing Buildings So That The School Can Be Consolidated At This Location In The Future. The Client (Ag) Intends To Award General Contractor Services For The Two New Extension Buildings, Including All Outdoor And Outdoor Facilities Required For The Entire Location, At A Flat-Rate Fixed Price. In Addition To The Planning Of The Lph 1-4 Hoai, A Functional Service Description And Key Details Were Drawn Up By A General Planner For The New Extension Buildings. The Planned New Expansion Buildings Will Be Supplied Primarily Via Geothermal Energy As Well As District Heating Or Air-Water Heat Pumps To Cover Peak Loads. The Building Application For The New Extension Buildings Was Submitted In December 2025. According To Current Planning, Approval Is Expected In October 2026 At The Latest.
