The Date Of Turnover For The Sale Of Diesel Fuel And Fuels And Lubricants Sold Through Gas Stations On The Basis Of Documents Of Title Is Recognized As The Last Day Of The Month In Which The Actual Transfer Of The Goods To The Buyer (Customer) Was Carried Out. An Invoice Is Issued No Earlier Than The Date Of Sale Turnover And No Later Than Fifteen Calendar Days After Such Date. The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Presence Of At Least Two Gas Filling Stations (Ngs) In The City Of Aktobe. Refueling Of The Customers Vehicles Is Carried Out Out Of Turn. The Gas Stations Operating Hours Are 24/7, Including Weekends And Holidays, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Until March 31, 2026. In Case Of Non-Use Of Gas Coupons, The Supplier Undertakes To Sign An Additional Agreement To Reduce Actual Gas Consumption. The Supplier Must Have The Following Documents (Attach): -Certificate Of Compliance With The Specified Brand (Parameters Meeting Standard Requirements)., Purchase Of Ai-92 Gasoline, A Fuel Card For Three Cars Or Coupons In Denominations Of 10, 20 And 30 Liters. The Validity Period Of The Fuel Card And Coupons Is Until March 31, 2026.
