Bids Are Invited For Conducting Various Works At 132Kv Sub-Station Dasna & 132Kv Sub-Station Pilkhuwa Under Etd-Hapur; 1. Dismantling of 33kV Old/Obsolete Triple Feeder control and Relay panel ERL & ABB make at 132kV SS DASNA by opening of existing cable connections, earthing flats, nuts and bolts, etc. Work includes preparation of new cable schedule, providing suitable ferrules, etc for future identification and safely placing the dismantled panel in the sub-station Store as guided by JE/SDO. Proper care should be taken at the time of work to ensure continuity of AC/DC to other panels if looped through concerned panel which is to be dismantled. 2 Nos. 2. Installation/Commissioning of new 33kV Triple feeder panel (Available in control room) in 132kV DASNA Substation by shifting at the place of installation in the control room, it’s grouting and earthing and termination of cable as per cable schedule including providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size including ferrules, etc with all other associated works as per technical specifications. Work also includes laying of control cables and their terminations as and if required. 2 Nos. 3. Dismantling of 145kV CT (per phase basis) of below mentioned bays at 132kV SS DASNA. The Scope of Work includes opening of cable terminations, opening of jumpers, Cutting/Removing of Earthing. Unloading of CT with help of Crane/Hydra after properly opening of all nuts & bolts and shifting of CTs from site to store with proper stacking and as per guidance of JE/SDO 132kV SS DASNA 3.1 63MVA 132/33kV TFR-1st 3 Job 3.2 40MVA 132/33kV TFR-2nd 3 Job 4. Complete erection of new 145kV CT (per phase basis) of below mentioned bays at 132kV SS DASNA. The scope of work includes shifting of new CTs from store to site of erection, Placement of CT on structure by Crane/Hydra, Modification if existing structure (if required), Reconnection of line jumpers, replacement of clamps, cable terminations and other work required to bring CTs into working condition on bays. Work will be carried as per guidance of JE/SDO 132kV SS DASNA 4.1 63MVA 132/33kV TFR-1st 3 Job 4.2 40MVA 132/33kV TFR-2nd 3 Job 5. Loading, carriage and unloading of 145kV (Total 3Nos.) CTs from 220kV HYBRID HAPUR SS to 132kV DASNA SS. Above work includes I. Safe loading 3 Nos. 145kV CTs available in store at 220kV Hybrid Hapur SS from store via suitable means of Hydra/Crane to the carriage vehicle II. Safe Carriage of loaded 3 Nos. 145kV CTs from 220kV Hybrid Hapur SS to 132kV DASNA SS (Roughly distance of 15km) using suitable vehicle III. Safe unloading of above 3 Nos. 145kV CTs from carriage vehicle to the Substation store of 132kV DASNA SS or as directed by JE/SDO 132kV SS DASNA 1 Job 6. Loading, carriage and unloading of 33kV Triple Feeder Control and Relay Panel from 220kV HYBRID PRATAP VIHAR GHAZIABAD SS to 132kV PILKHUWA SS. Above work includes I. Safe loading 1 Nos. 33kV Triple Feeder Control and Relay Panel from 220kV HYBRID PRATAP VIHAR GHAZIABAD SS from store via suitable means of Hydra/Crane to the carriage vehicle II. Safe Carriage of above loaded 1 Nos. 33kV Triple Feeder Control and Relay Panel from 220kV HYBRID PRATAP VIHAR GHAZIABAD SS to 132kV PILKHUWA SS (Roughly distance of 40km) using suitable vehicle III. Safe unloading of above 1Nos. 33kV Triple Feeder Control and Relay Panel from carriage vehicle to the Substation store of 132kV PILKHUWA SS or as directed by JE/SDO 132kV SS PILKHUWA
