Quotation are invited for Acquisition of Ordinary Maintenance and Cleaning Products for the Benefit of the Manga Regional Hospital Center The execution time should not exceed twenty-one (21) days for each lot. Eligible and interested candidates can obtain further information and consult the tender documents free of charge at the office of the Procurement Officer of the Manga Regional Hospital Center (CHR). Any eligible candidate interested in this notice must obtain a complete set of the tender documents from the Procurement Officer of the Manga Regional Hospital Center upon payment of a non-refundable amount of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs for each lot at the cashiers office within the Manga Regional Hospital Center. In case of sending by mail or other courier service, the Procurement Officer cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of the tender documents by the Candidate. Offers, submitted in one original and three (3) copies, in accordance with the specific requirements of the tender, and accompanied by a bid guarantee of two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) CFA francs for Lot 1, and one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA francs for Lot 2, must be received or delivered to the office of the Procurement Officer of the Manga Regional Hospital Center no later than Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. UTC. The opening of the bids will take place immediately in the presence of the Candidates who wish to attend.
